Warranty T&C for Standard and Commercial Warranty
JTC OmniBlend Australia LIMITED WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by JTC OmniBlend Australia (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and applies to products purchased directly from JTC OmniBlend Australia or an authorized dealer. This Warranty provides remedies to the original purchaser (“Customer,” “you”) under the terms outlined below.
1. Warranty Coverage
JTC OmniBlend Australia warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the periods outlined in Section 2 below. This Warranty is applicable only to products used for their intended purposes and applies solely to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase is required to initiate any warranty service.Covered defects include:
- Motor failure or defect
- Blade assembly defects
- Manufacturing defects resulting from workmanship or materials
2. Warranty Periods
JTC OmniBlend Australia provides the following warranty coverage for its products:
Commercial Use: Five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
Personal Use: Seven (7) years from the date of original purchase.
For both commercial and personal use, the Warranty period for replacement parts or repairs performed under this Warranty shall not exceed the original Warranty period.
3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
This Warranty does not cover:- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, etc.).
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, neglect, or failure to follow proper operating instructions.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Damage caused by the use of accessories or components not provided by JTC OmniBlend Australia.
- Products used outside their intended personal or commercial purpose.
- Accidental damage, including but not limited to fire, liquid spills, or other external causes.
4. Out-of-Warranty Conditions
A product is deemed out of warranty if:
The product has exceeded the applicable Warranty period specified in Section 2.
The Customer is unable to provide proof of purchase (i.e., original receipt or other valid documentation confirming the purchase date, seller, and product details).
For out-of-warranty products, a standard inspection fee of $100 (AUD) will apply, subject to the terms set forth in Section 6.
5. How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a Warranty claim, you must:
Visit the “Contact Us” page on our official website at www.jtcomniblend.com/contact and provide your product details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
Our Customer Service team will assess your claim and may request you to return the product for further inspection.
Upon determining that the defect is covered by this Warranty, JTC OmniBlend Australia will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product.
6. Repair and Shipping Costs
Repairs within the Warranty Period: No charge will apply for repairs or replacement of defective products covered by this Warranty.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs: A inspection flat fee of $100 (AUD) will apply for repair initiation outside the Warranty period or when the Customer is unable to provide proof of purchase. The actual repair fee will be provided after inspection.
Shipping Costs for Manufacturer Defects: JTC OmniBlend Australia will cover the shipping costs for returning the product if the defect is determined to be due to a manufacturing fault.
Shipping Costs for Non-Manufacturer Defects: If the issue is not covered under this Warranty or is deemed the result of misuse, abuse, or other customer-related causes, the Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
7. Limitations of Liability
This Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products, as determined by JTC OmniBlend Australia. Under no circumstances shall JTC OmniBlend Australia be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or loss of data, arising out of or related to the use of our products, even if JTC OmniBlend Australia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
8. Applicable Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute arising under this Warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
9. Entire Agreement
This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.
