Shipping policy

Dispatch times

In-stock items usually dispatch within 1–3 business days. Dispatch is when your order leaves us; it is separate from the time taken by the carrier to deliver it.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on Australian orders of AUD 99 or more. For orders below this amount, available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery and availability

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. For products marked as coming soon, contact us to confirm availability before planning your order.

For help with shipping or an existing order, contact our team or email support@jtcomniblend.com.au.
